1)Board of Directors of BizLink Had Approved that the Cash Dividend of
  Common Share is USD46,563,656 Outstanding Shares which Are 173,034,728 as
  of Jul. 29, 2024. The Actual Exchange Rate of Conversion is NT$32.81070844.
  The Cash Dividend Per Share is NT$8.82936379.
2)The Cash Dividend Will Round Down to the Nearest NT Dollar. The Total
  Amount of Round Down from the Shareholders Will be Counted as the Other
  Income of the Company. Shareholder Should Bear the Handling Charges for
  the Remittance or Check of Dividend Distribution.
3)The Dividend will be Distributed by Remittance or Mailing Check on
   Aug. 16, 2024 Via the Company's Stock Agent, the Transfer Agency
