Getty Images and the British Film Institute celebrate 10 years of partnership

London - October 3, 2024:Getty Images (NYSE: GETY), a preeminent global visual content creator and marketplace, has once again been named the Official Photographer of the BFI London Film Festival, continuing a longstanding partnership with the British Film Institute.

For the past decade, Getty Images' award-winning entertainment photographers have captured every angle of the festival, bringing the BFI, its partners and UK media high quality, creative imagery in near real time. Beyond its photographic talent, Getty Images has leveraged its industry-leading distribution platform and Media management solution to provide the BFI with an end-to-end imagery solution.

At the upcoming BFI London Film Festival, taking place 9-20 October, Getty Images' team of content creators will be covering all the red-carpet action from exclusive positions at each premiere, in addition to opening and closing night, as well as stunning portraiture and candid behind-the-scenes imagery from the Filmmaker Afternoon Teas. All content will to be available exclusively through gettyimages.com.
