The Council's Emergency Support and Cost of Living lines be closed from 3pm on Tuesday 24 December 2024 until 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

• For support with fuel 0151 482 6089 - Big Help
• For emergency debt 0808 278 7839 - Citizens Advice (offices are closed from 25 to 27 December 2024 and on 1 January 2025, but you can also contact Citizens Advice via WhatsApp on 0151 278 7839 who will respond on the next working day).
