Hope Valley Barracks

On Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 5:51 PM Troopers arrested Darrell L. Price, age 50, of 243 Sand Turn Road, West Kingston, Rhode Island for a Rhode Island Attorney General's Rule 9 Arrest Warrant for 1.) Felony Assault-Dangerous Weapon, 2.) Felony Assault Resulting in Serious Bodily Injury. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation initiated on 10/02/23 by Troopers B. Palmer and Reardon and subsequent Rule 9 Warrant being issued by the Rhode Island Attorney General's Office. Mr. Price was transported to the Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed turned over to the Adult Correctional Institution- Men's Intake Center.

On Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 11:31 PM, Troopers arrested Steven C. Xenopoulos, age 51, of 145 Bakers Creek Road, Warwick, Rhode Island, for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor and or Drugs-BAC Unknown, 2.) Refusal to Submit to Chemical Test. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on New London Turnpike in the Town of West Greenwich. Mr. Xenopoulos was transported to the State Police Hope Valley Barracks where he was processed, arraigned by a Justice of the Peace, and released into the custody of a responsible adult.
