FourBlock delivers a suite of in-person and online programming designed specifically for individuals at every stage of their transition. Twice a year, transitioning service members and Veterans can apply to participate in FourBlock's flagship Veteran Career Readiness Program. Available in select cities across the country and online, participants receive one-on-one coaching, expert guidance, connections to employers and, upon completion, a customized, actionable career search strategy. Similarly, FourBlock's dynamic Military Spouse Career Readiness Program supports military spouses looking to return to work or pivot into new careers. For any transitioning service members and Veterans looking to answer the question "What should I do next?" Find Your Calling is available anytime, anywhere. The free, six-week virtual course applies skills learned during military service to build character and adopt practical strategies to navigate challenges.
