Attorney General Alan Wilson Announces Upstate Woman Charged With Stealing Thousands Of Dollars From Vulnerable Adult

(COLUMBIA, S.C.) - South Carolina Attorney General Alan Wilson announced that his office's Vulnerable Adults and Medicaid Provider Fraud unit (VAMPF) has arrested Carolyn Coyle, 70 years old, of Walhalla, SC, for one count of Exploitation of a Vulnerable Adult {43-35-0085 (D)} and one count of Breach of Trust with Fraudulent Intent, value more than $2,000 but less than $10,000 {16-13-0230(A)}. Coyle was booked into the Oconee County Detention Center on November 1, 2024.
