Description:

The Sonoma County Department of Health Services (Department) is pleased to invite you to respond to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Sexually Transmitted Infection (STI) and Hepatitis C (HCV) Prevention and Collaboration. This RFP outlines the information necessary to understand the competitive selection process and the required documentation necessary for the submission of proposals. There are two potential awards under this RFP; one to perform work in the area of STIs and the other to perform work in the area of Hepatitis C. Organizations can apply for one or both opportunities. However, if an organization wishes to apply for both, it must submit separate proposals: one for STIs and another for Hepatitis C under this RFP.

Optional Pre-Bid Conference:

An optional virtual pre-bid conference will be held online via Zoom on October 2, 2024 at 1:00PM to answer questions regarding the RFP specifications and process.

Questions:

Proposers will be required to submit any and all questions in writing per the schedule in order for staff to prepare written responses to all consultants. Written answers will be shared with all potential bidders through an addendum on the County's Supplier Portal and email notification. Living Wage:

The living wage rate required under the County's Living Wage Ordinance (LWO) has increased. Effective January 1, 2024, the living wage rate required under the LWO shall be $18.10 per hour, an increase over the previous $17.65 per hour. The increase was adopted by the County's Board of Supervisors on December 12, 2023, in accordance with Sonoma Municipal Code section 2-377(d). All covered employees must be paid at least the increased living wage rate.

You must be registered in the County of Sonoma's Supplier Portal (https://esupplier.sonomacounty.ca.gov/) in order to login and view, upload, and download all solicitation documents, and to submit electronic proposals or bids. It is incumbent upon all interested parties to check for any changes, including updates or addenda, by logging into the County's Supplier Portal and reviewing the event.
