Metro's Access paratransit service is a shared-ride public transportation service, which provides origin-to-destination transportation in small buses for people whose disabilities prevent them from riding Metro fixed-route service. MetroNow! is Metro's newest service, which provides on-demand service curb-to-curb currently in Springdale/Sharonville and Northgate/Mt Healthy, with plans to expand to four more zones next year. Often called mobility on demand, it uses smaller shuttle-style vehicles to provide service and has continuously grown since its launch in May of 2023. "We are excited to welcome passionate individuals to join the Metro team and be part of the transformative services we are bringing to our community," said Brandy Jones, Chief Communications and Marketing Officer at Metro. "Whether through our innovative MetroNow! service or our dedicated Access program, our operators play a crucial role in providing safe, reliable transportation that truly makes a difference in the lives of our passengers."

MetroNow! and Access operators receive comprehensive health and dental benefits, OPERS retirement benefits, and free transportation passes for spouses and dependents on Metro fixed routes.
CDLS's are not required to operate either service.
