Utility Billing Office Closed for Training October 17 & October 18

The Utility Billing Office at City Hall will be closed for training all day on October 17 & October 18. Payments can be made online at www.newtongov.org//onlineutilitypayment. Non-cash payments can be placed at outside drop box at City Hall (left hand side of double doors) or at the Newton Hy-Vee customer service counter.
