On December 10, 2024, the Board of Directors (the "Board") of SigmaTron International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGMA), an electronic manufacturing services company (the "Company"), received notice that Linda K. Frauendorfer, Director of the Company, was resigning for personal reasons, effective December 12, 2024.
