Scituate Barracks

At 2:56 PM, Troopers arrested Lionel Lugo, age 42 of 35 Salmon Street Apt. #103 Providence Rhode Island for an Affidavit and Arrest warrant for Larceny originating out of the Providence Police Department. The arrest was a result of a motor vehicle stop on Manton Avenue in the City of Providence. Mr. Lugo was transported to State police Headquarters where he was processed and later turned over to the Providence Police Department.

At 10:00PM, Troopers arrested Elisha Rondon, age 22, of 671 Chalkstone Avenue, Providence, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of the State Police Scituate Barracks for 1.) Obstruction of an Officer in Execution of Duty 2.) Driving with a Suspended License - Certain Violations 3.) Reckless Driving. The arrest was a result of a Barracks investigation and North Providence Police Department subsequently locating Ms. Rondon. Ms. Rondon was transported to State Police Headquarters where she was processed, arraigned by the Justice of the Peace and released.

At 3:51AM, Troopers arrested Jarred Kaiser, age 34 of 1 Sack Street, North Providence, Rhode Island for an active Affidavit Arrest Warrant out of State Police Special Victims Unit for Sex Offender Address Change. Mr. Kaiser was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight pending arraignment.
