Brown Announces New Terminal and Parking Lot at Darke County Airport

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Sherrod Brown (D-OH) today announced a new investment in the Darke County Airport to construct a parking lot and replace a terminal. The Department of Transportation's Federal Aviation Administration awarded the $83,142 investment to the Darke County Board of Commissioners through the Airport Improvement Program.

"Ohio airports are vital infrastructure supporting travel and commerce in our state," Brown said. "This investment will enhance safety and operations at the Darke County Airport and improve travel for Ohio families and businesses."
