Average Time to Decision at the Board Itself - As of November 2024
The Board continues to issue decisions in a fraction of the time that was common in 2017 at the outset of the Case Processing Efficiency Initiative (CPEI). In the coming months, the Board will issue a final report on the CPEI actions and outcomes. While this phase comes to an end, PERB's efforts to improve our efficiency will continue. For the current fiscal year, the Board is issuing decisions in an average of 16 weeks.
