Bismarck, N.D. - North Dakota's picturesque landscapes, vibrant lifestyles, and diverse wildlife offer countless captivating photo opportunities, and the NDFB Promotion and Education Committee is thrilled to announce the launch of its annual photo contest.
With a submission deadline of September 1, participants are encouraged to showcase their creativity and talent through their photography skills.
Guidelines for the contest are as follows:
- Each participant may submit up to three photo entries.
- Photos must be submitted without watermarks.
- By submitting a photo, participants grant NDFB the right to utilize it in promotional materials.
This year's contest will feature three distinct categories, catering to a broad spectrum of photographic interests:
- Animals
- Crop/Landscape
- Lifestyle
Winners will be selected from each category, with each recipient awarded a prize of $300.
An overall winning photo, selected by a panel of judges, will be featured in a canvas print. This print will be auctioned during the NDFB Promotion and Education live auction, set to take place in Bismarck during the NDFB Annual Meeting in November. Proceeds from the auction will go toward NDFB scholarships.
To enter the contest, participants are required to email their submissions to Joey Bailey at [email protected]. Along with the photo, entrants must declare the category in which they wish to participate.
The NDFB Photo Contest serves as a platform for North Dakotans to showcase their talent while celebrating the natural beauty and cultural richness of the state.
