MSUM's School of Social Work is hosting a free professional development seminar on Friday, November 8, from 9 a.m. to noon in the university's Comstock Memorial Union room 105 and via Zoom.
Clinical social worker Ronna Severson, MSW, will present on brainspotting, a powerful treatment that can help with mental health issues like anxiety, PTSD, acute trauma and more. The session will cover an overview of what brainspotting is, how it works and who can benefit from it. The seminar offers three (3) hours of Ethics CEUs approved in Minnesota and North Dakota.
