On October 7, 2024, Ekta Singh-Bushell notified Cisco Systems, Inc. ("Cisco") of her decision not to stand for re-electionat Cisco's 2024 annual meeting of stockholders (the "2024 Annual Meeting"). Ms. Singh-Bushell will continue to serve as a director until the 2024 Annual Meeting.
