CBP Opens ACE User Satisfaction Survey

In a Cargo Systems Messaging Service (CSMS) bulletin published on August 27, 2024, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) announced that the 2024 Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) Customer Satisfaction Survey has been opened.

CBP encourages "importers, brokers, carriers, and other trade community users" of ACE to take this voluntary and anonymous survey.

This survey will remain open until 11:59 p.m. ET on September 11, 2024.
