CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. (Aug. 14, 2024) - The Affordable Housing Advisory Committee has scheduled a meeting at 10 a.m., Aug. 21, 2024 at the Family Services Center, 21500 Gibralter Drive, Port Charlotte to review and approve annual expenditure/encumbrance reports; receive housing program updates; conduct a review of affordable housing incentive strategies; finalize modifications to the Charlotte HOME program for County Commission approval; consider technical revisions to the Local Housing Assistance Plan; and receive member updates.
