Celebration of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great, the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, and Thai Father’s Day, in Prague

On 4 December 2024, H.E. Mr. Suwat Kaewsook, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Czech Republic, and Mrs. Patcharin Kaewsook, his spouse, hosted a reception marking the auspicious occasion of the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej the Great, the National Day of The Kingdom of Thailand, and Thai Father's Day.

On this occasion, H.E. Mr. Jiří Kozák, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, was attended as the Guest of Honour. The event was also honored by H.E. Mr. Václav Klaus, former President of the Czech Republic, and his wife, Mrs. Livia Klaus. In this regard, Mr. Kozák and Mr. Klaus delivered congratulatory speeches marking strong ties between the two nations throughout 50 years of diplomatic relationship between Thailand and the Czech Republic.

The reception was held at the Mirror Chapel Klementinum with the participation of 200 esteemed guests. Among them were head of diplomatic missions, government representatives, members of public and private sectors, Friends of Thailand and members of Thai communities.
