Shaping the Future of Real Estate: Compass Launches 'Free Coaching Month' for Agents Nationwide

New York - September 18, 2024 - Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP) ("Compass" or the "Company"), the largest residential real estate company in the United States by sales volume, announces the launch of 'Compass Free Coaching Month,' a four-week transformative learning series designed to help agents boost their income, sharpen their business strategies, and better achieve work-life balance in an evolving industry landscape.

Donat, a former top-producing agent and influential sales manager at Compass, recently took on her new role as a leader of the company's coaching unit. Known for her ability to empower agents and unify teams, she plans to create a supportive and unified experience across teams and markets where agents feel fully supported to achieve their businesses' unique goals.

Coaching has always been a core pillar of Compass' mission. Founder and CEO Robert Reffkin and some of the company's leading agents credit mentorship and coaching for their success.

  • Marley Jaxx is an award-winning digital content strategist who has counseled high-profile clients like Mark Cuban and Daymond John. She will lead a program that transforms online content into a magnet for buyers, sellers, and clients-converting digital engagement into real-world business.

  • Charan Bashir, a licensed professional counselor, will guide agents in developing a client-centered approach that addresses emotional challenges, enhances trust, and leads to more successful and satisfying real estate transactions. This marks the first time a licensed mental health professional has joined the internal Compass coaching team, as the company continues to prioritize investing in enabling agents to address the challenges they face today.

  • Angie Wisdom is a life and business coach with over 25 years of experience helping professionals transform their mindset and leadership skills to achieve meaningful success. She empowers business owners to prioritize themselves, create balance, and overcome mental hurdles that limit growth. Her coaching philosophy centers on unlocking potential and creating success on demand through actionable, mindset-driven strategies.

Current Compass agents can sign up for the program by visiting Coaching at Compass by Friday, September 27.
