• The Board conducted a public hearing and Assistant CEO Becky Craig presented the 2024 User Fee Study and recommendations to establish, increase, decrease, and delete certain fees in Part III Fees of the Napa County Board Policy Manual.
• The Board adopted a resolution approving the recommendations to recover the costs of services provided by departments including the Agricultural Commissioner/Sealer of Weights and Measures, Clerk of the Board, County Counsel, County Fire Department, Criminal Justice, District Attorney, Planning Building and Environmental Services, and Public Works.
