Maintenance Fund Improves Access on Sunscape Way

Citing safety concerns from residents, Pinal County District 3 Supervisor Steve Miller contacted the County's Development Services Public Works Department to determine how Sunscape Way can be repaired. Sunscape Way, which is located in the 11-mile corner area between Coolidge and Casa Grande, is the only access to hundreds of homes in the area. Working with staff, engineers, and contractors and using funding from the Transportation Improvement and Maintenance Fund, the department was able to have the road completely repaved and resurfaced in just a few months.
