Podravka is partnering with European Women on Boards, a non-profit association advocating for gender equality in decision-making across Europe

Podravka continues to take care of employees and gender equality. After the President of the Management Board of Podravka, Martina Dalić, signed the Declaration of Support for the Strengthening of Professional Equality within the Private Sector in the European Union in March 2022, and the Equal Pay Champion certificate was obtained in March of this year, Podravka is partnering with the non-profit association European Women on Boards (EWOB), which promotes gender equality at senior executive and board level across Europe. This partnership reinforces Podravka's commitment to workplace gender equality.

European Women on Boards (EWOB) is a European non-profit association based in Brussels. Since its foundation in 2013, EWOB has been committed to advancing gender equality in decision-making roles across Europe. The organisation actively supports women and their career aspirations by providing professional development programs, international networking opportunities, and monthly events to its community, counting over 500 members today. EWOB also champions change across Europe through its research and advocacy work, in collaboration with local partners and European institutions.
