Kevin Bruce Named Chief Administrative Officer

Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman Hospital announces Kevin Bruce has been appointed Chief Administrative Officer, following his recent interim position after former Chief Administrative Officer Kevin Campbell retired in August.

As part of the Ascension Saint Thomas family for more than 16 years, Bruce has extensive experience, having most recently held the role of CFO/Finance Manager, where he oversaw the budget process, patient accounts and financial reporting.

Throughout his career at Ascension Saint Thomas Hickman, Bruce has held several key positions, including Manager of Business Operations and Director of Administrative Services. In these roles, he played a pivotal role in financial management and operational reporting, providing key insights that supported leadership and the board in their decision-making processes.

"Kevin Bruce has demonstrated exceptional leadership and a deep commitment to our hospital's mission," said Neal Kelley, Regional Hospital President at Ascension Saint Thomas. "His efforts in overseeing a smooth leadership transition after Kevin Campbell's retirement were invaluable. We are confident that he will continue to drive our mission forward as Chief Administrative Officer, and we look forward to his leadership as we continue to elevate the level of care we provide for the Hickman County and Centerville community."

Bruce holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance/Economics from Lipscomb University. He is also a graduate of the Saint Thomas Health Management Formation and the Leadership Hickman Program. In addition, Bruce is an active member of the Rural Health Association of Tennessee. He has been a member of the Hickman County community since 2014.
