Scituate Barracks

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 9:19 AM, Troopers arrested Victor Bulux, age 31, of 14 Althea Street Apt. 1, Providence, Rhode Island on an active affidavit and arrest Warrant for 1.) Obtaining Money by False Pretenses (3 counts), 2.) False Statement to Fraudulently Obtain License or Registration (3 counts), and 3.) Forgery and Counterfeiting in General (3 counts). This arrest was the result of a barracks investigation by the Scituate Barracks and Bulux subsequently turning himself in at State Police Headquarters. Bulux was processed and arraigned at Sixth District Court.

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 11:30 AM, Troopers arrested Gina Dorsi, age 56, of 26 Blue Spruce Lane, South Kingstown, Rhode Island for Reckless Driving. This arrest was a result of Troopers responding to a motor vehicle crash on Route 295 in the City of Warwick, and a subsequent investigation. Dorsi was misdemeanor released from the scene with a future Third District court date.

On Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 6:51 PM, Troopers arrested John Traylor, age 45 of 1312 Eddy Street, Providence, Rhode Island for 1.) Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor/Drugs - B.A.C. Unknown - First Offense 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test- Second Offense 3.) Disorderly Conduct and 4.) Obstructing an Officer in Execution of their Duty. Traylor was transported to State Police Headquarters where he was processed and held overnight as a bail violator pending morning arraignment at Third District Court.
