Santa Rosa County to host a Floridatown Watershed Study Public Workshop on Thur., Dec. 5

Santa Rosa County is hosting a public workshop on Thur., Dec. 5 in the Student Center at Immanuel Baptist Church, 4187 Highway 90 in Pace,from 4:30 - 6:30 p.m.The community is encouraged to join staff in an open house-style workshop to learn more about the Floridatown Watershed Study and share input on the project.

More about the Floridatown Watershed Study

The study will provide a comprehensive watershed-wide evaluation of the drainage basin and perform alternative analysis for drainage improvements within the study area. The study will result in a report to provide an overall drainage evaluation within the defined area of the study, emphasizing identifying projects that will alleviate flooding or improve drainage conditions.
