Porzio, Bromberg & Newman Announces 2024 Promotions Class

2 promoted to Principal, 3 promoted to Counsel

Porzio, Bromberg & Newman proudly announces the promotions of Sal M. Anderton and Ryann M. Siclari to principal and Jennifer A. Kelliher, Christopher P. Mazza, and Thomas J. Reilly to counsel. The promotions are effective as of July 1, 2024.

Sal Anderton is a member of the firm's Employment and Education and Real Estate Teams and currently serves as Vice President and General Counsel of Porzio Governmental Affairs, Porzio's lobbying subsidiary. His law practice focuses on collective bargaining negotiations, real estate matters, and personal injury.

Ryann Siclari is a member of the Wealth Preservation Team, where she focuses on elder and disability law issues, including long-term care, government benefits planning and advocacy, estate and trust administration, and estate planning.

Jennifer Kelliher is a member of the Litigation Practice Group, where she handles nearly all aspects of litigation, including discovery, cultivating experts' opinions and reports, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, and trial preparation.

Christopher Mazza is a member of the Bankruptcy and Financial Restructuring Department, where he focuses his practice on the representation of commercial debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, creditors' committees, commercial landlords, and other parties of interest in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings.

Thomas Reilly is a member of the Employment and Education Team, where he handles a variety of issues on litigation matters, preparing and arguing substantive and procedural motions, assisting with workplace investigations, and drafting numerous appellate briefs, many of which have resulted in reported Appellate Division and Supreme Court opinions.
