Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Expands Cardiac Care in Bowling Green at Graves Gilbert Clinic

Ascension Saint Thomas is broadening access to advanced heart care with the opening of Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Bowling Green at Graves Gilbert Clinic, 201 Park St., starting Thursday, September 5.

The nationally recognized cardiac team at Ascension Saint Thomas Heart offers advanced surgical and minimally invasive options, shortening recovery for more adult hearts than anyone in Tennessee. With over 80 specialists and more than 45 locations across Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky, Ascension Saint Thomas Heart provides personalized, compassionate care close to home, leading the way in innovative treatments.

With more than 21 years experience, Dr. Pickett is a highly skilled, board-certified cardiac electrophysiologist who helps patients with heart rhythm issues such as arrhythmia, atrial tachycardia, atrial fibrillation and syncope. He has a special interest in ablation, left atrial appendage closure and using devices to keep your heart rhythm steady. As a senior electrophysiology partner at Ascension Saint Thomas Heart Midtown, Dr. Pickett is dedicated to ensuring each patient receives the most appropriate care through the latest techniques.

Dr. Stribling is a board-certified heart failure cardiologist with more than 12 years experience, serving patients throughout Middle Tennessee and beyond. He specializes in managing heart failure, heart transplant medicine, left ventricular assist devices (LVAD) and ECMO. Previously, Dr. Stribling served as Ascension Saint Thomas Heart's transplant medical director. He has a passion to bring advanced heart failure care closer to home. Dr. Stribling is deeply committed to providing advanced cardiac care and uses his extensive experience to ensure each patient receives the best treatment for their specific needs.
