Michigan Avenue closure starts Monday in Marshall

MARSHALL, Mich. - The Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) will be closing I-94 Business Loop (BL) (Michigan Avenue) in downtown Marshall for maintenance work. The $50,000 investment includes storm sewer upgrades.
