Willkie advised Total Security, the provider of the antivirus protection Total AV, in connection with its merger with Pango Group, a holding company that acquires and operates a portfolio of cybersecurity brands, to create Point Wild.
On December 12, Pango Group and Total Security announced that the two companies have merged. The combined company will rebrand itself Point Wild, a holding company operating a portfolio of cybersecurity solutions for consumers and enterprises of all sizes.
