Changes Ahead for Customer Bill Pay

We're excited to announce that in January, Contra Costa Water District's customer portal My Water Report will include bill pay. This one-stop shop for managing your account will make it easy to pay bills, track water usage, and stay informed all in one place!

To ensure the smoothest transition for your account, we recommend registering for My Water Report by December 31, 2025.

What's Changing?

  • Paymentus Users Enrolled in AutoPay: If you're enrolled in AutoPay, no action is needed. Your wallet and payment information will automatically transfer.
  • Paymentus Users Not Enrolled in AutoPay: Saved wallets will not transfer. Please register with My Water Report to continue easily managing your payments after we transition.
  • Paperless Bill Customers: To continue receiving paperless billing, please register with My Water Report. Enrollment in paperless billing can be changed at any time.
