The New York State Police in Montour Falls charged two individuals with Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd (D Felony) after several months of investigation into a stolen camper in the town of Montour.

On September 1, 2023, troopers from SP Montour Falls responded to State Route 14 in the town of Montour for a complaint of a stolen 2002 Holiday Rambler Presidential Camper that was stolen between August 26, 2023, and August 28, 2023.

On April 22, 2024, troopers from SP Montour Falls received information that the camper may be located on Bennett Road in the town of Dix. Troopers located the stolen camper parked in the yard. After an investigation, Kyle K. Rogers, age 38, of Watkins Glen, NY, and Shelby L. Narde, age 32, Horseheads, NY, were determined to have lived in the camper on Bennett Road since August of 2023.

Following Schuyler County Grand Jury, two Superior Court Warrants were issued for Rogers and Narde for Criminal Possession of Stolen Property 3rd (D Felony).

On July 13, 2024, Narde was processed at SP Montour Falls and taken to Schuyler County Jail for CAP arraignment.

On August 29, 2024, Rogers was processed on an order to produce signed by Honorable Judge Matthew Hayden and returned to the New York State Department of Corrections.
