City of Sparks to Replace Play Structures at Aimone Park

Sparks, NV - The City of Sparks and contractor Garden Shop Landscaping will begin a project to replace the playground structures at Aimone Park on August 5.

During construction, the playground area will be closed, but the rest of the park will remain open for the community to enjoy.

The City will replace the bark and the aging play structures with two new structures, one for two- to five-year-olds and the other for five- to 12-year-olds.

The project will take about four weeks to complete.

Aimone Park offers a playground, two lighted tennis courts (also marked for Pickleball use), a baseball/softball field, and a picnic area.
