Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds

The Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds office now offers the Cumberland County Record Notification System to all residents. This service is free to the public, and provided through our land records software company, Optical Storage Solutions (Landex).

After signing up, you will get alerts by text or email if a new document has been recorded under your parcel number. The Recorder of Deeds Office is not permitted to sign up individuals for this service. Instead, residents must sign up directly through the notification link.
