Rosen Statement Condemning International Criminal Court’s Outrageous Issuance of Arrest Warrant for Israeli Leaders, Brazen Political Overreach

WASHINGTON, D.C. - U.S. Senator Jacky Rosen (D-NV) released the following statement on the International Criminal Court's (ICC) outrageous decision to issue arrest warrants for Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and former Defense Minister Yoav Gallant.

"I'm outraged by the International Criminal Court's politically-motivated efforts to target Israeli officials and equate them to the Hamas terrorists who intentionally murdered, raped, and kidnapped innocent civilians on October 7," said Senator Rosen. "Though the ICC has no jurisdiction over Israel, this decision could undermine sensitive efforts to bring the remaining hostages home. I'm once again calling on President Biden to take swift action to respond to this overreach."
