Viewbix Submits Nasdaq Application for Uplisting

Viewbix Inc. ("Viewbix" or the "Company") has submitted an application to uplist to the Nasdaq Stock Market LLC ("Nasdaq"). This move is expected to provide the Company with greater exposure to one of the largest capital markets in the world and, it hopes, enhance its visibility and accelerate its growth trajectory.

The timing of the Nasdaq uplisting process will depend on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, overall market conditions. No assurance can be given that our application will be approved or that a trading market will develop.
