Norton Rose Fulbright supports Armira on long-term partnership with almapharm

Global law firm Norton Rose Fulbright has advised Armira Beteiligungen GmbH & Co. KG on entering into a long-term partnership with almapharm GmbH & Co. KG. The shareholders of almapharm remain invested and continue in their roles as managing directors.

Armira, based in Munich, is a leading investment holding company focusing on providing capital to entrepreneurial, long-term partnerships to family businesses in the DACH region, Northern Italy and beyond.

almapharm, based in Wildpoldsried has been developing and producing its own specialty products at the interface between pharmacology and dietetics, which are essential in modern therapeutic veterinary medicine, for over 30 years. The product range comprises over 100 nutraceuticals with a broad spectrum of applications.

Armira was advised by a German Norton Rose Fulbright team led by Munich partner Bernd Dreier (Corporate / M&A) and Hamburg counsel Malte Ingwersen (Corporate / M&A).

Norton Rose Fulbright has been working with Armira for several years. A team led by Bernd Dreier advised the company on the partnership with Salesforce consultancy firm Salesfive in April 2021.
