COTY UK&I NAMED A STONEWALL TOP 100 LGBTQ+ INCLUSIVE EMPLOYER FOR 2024

This honor highlights Coty's ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Coty has taken important steps to foster LGBTQ+ inclusion, including the adoption of a global gender-neutral parental leave policy. All employees worldwide, regardless of gender, have access to the same number of fully paid weeks of parental leave when starting or extending a family.
