Crew declared emergency due to smoke/fumes. Possible electrical/component issue to be determined. Ram Air Turbine deployed. Upon landing, main landing gear fire occurred. 4 MLG tires deflated. Airplane came to a stop on runway 26L. Occupants deplaned via stairs (no evacuation or slide deployment).
