Introducing Three New Editing Residents

We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Davis, Isabela Espadas Barros Leal and Jenna Milliner-Waddell are joining the Editing Residency this month. The Editing Residency is an immersive learning program that provides two years of training and support with the goal of nurturing the next generation of editors. Alexa, an assistant editor on the Career Programs team, leads the residency.

Times residents edit work from across our newsroom, including daily news articles, enterprise journalism, features and visuals. They begin their residency on the Flexible Editing desk, developing their skills under Lillie Dremeaux, a deputy editor with a deep understanding of Times journalism.
