The Fargo Police Department is notifying the community that a registered sex offender, Canku Kaga McKay, registered at 123 15th St. N. in Fargo. McKay was assessed as a HIGH-RISK offender by the North Dakota Sex Offender Risk Assessment Committee. The following information describes McKay and his offense:

In 2022, McKay was convicted of sexual abuse of a minor in US. District Court in North Dakota. The victim was a 12-year-old female.
