Making Fones Road safer for people that walk, use a wheelchair, ride a bicycle, or drive.
|
|
Starting Wednesday, December 17th, crews will begin tree and brush removal work on Fones Road between Pacific Avenue and 18th Avenue SE. Trees and brush are being removed in areas where we will install sidewalks and separated bike lanes. This work is anticipated to take about three weeks. As the project nears completion, new trees and landscaping will be added along Fones Road.
