Hope Valley Barracks

On Monday, September 23, 2024 at 10:58 p.m., Troopers arrested Javier K. Skeene, age 33, of 85 Nicki Laine Circle, Stratford, Connecticut on an Affidavit and Arrest Warrant for Disorderly Conduct - Tumultuous Behavior originating out of the Coventry Police Department. The arrest was the result of a motor vehicle stop on Route 95 in the Town of Exeter. Mr. Skeene was transported to the State Police - Hope Valley Barracks, where he was processed, and later turned over to the Coventry Police Department.
