Invitation to Bid

Bayfield County is accepting bids for a Courthouse and Sheriff's Office Construction Project. The project includes interior work in the Historic Courthouse basement and first level of the Sheriff's department. Work includes removing and installing non-bearing interior walls to expand, add and reconfigure existing offices and meeting rooms. The work will also include new doors, flooring, suspended ceilings, cabinetry, painting, etc. HVAC and Electrical will be included as design/build contractors. Bids are due 2:00 PM, Friday, July 26, 2024.
