Scituate Barracks

On Wednesday, September 25, 2024 at 11:34 PM, Troopers arrested Kaberly E. Delarosa, age 36, of 151 Atlantic Avenue Providence, Rhode Island for Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor - BAC Unknown - First Offense and 2.) Refusal to Submit to a Chemical Test -First Offense. The arrest was the result of Troopers responding to a multi-car motor vehicle collision on Route 295 in the Town of Johnston. The subject was transported to Rhode Island Hospital by Johnston Rescue and was Misdemeanor Released with a future Third District Court date.
