The City of Santa Fe's River Talks series was a resounding success, attracting over 150 participants across seven engaging events.

This year, crucial topics were explored, including Santa Fe's drinking water source and supply through tours of the Buckman Direct Diversion and the upper watershed.

Also discussed was stormwater management, featuring innovative modeling efforts and the fascinating potential of fungi to help clean our polluted stormwater. Additionally, plant communities of the watershed were examined, highlighting the specific roles different plants play in its diverse ecology.
