City of Boulder Lifts Emergency Rule That Placed Tighter Fire Restrictions Within the City During August

As of Sept. 3, the City of Boulder is no longer under the fire restrictions enacted by the emergency rule that started on August 1. The City of Boulder has year-round fire restrictions which are always enacted; you can find these permanent restrictions on the city's website.

The emergency rule imposed tighter restrictions on fire causing behavior within the community and complemented the city's existing restrictions during a time when fire risk was especially high.
