BOZEMAN - Eighteen alumni and honorary alumni of Montana State University will be honored with Blue and Gold or College awards during the university's Homecoming festivities, set for Sept. 30 to Oct. 6.
Blue and Gold Awards
The Blue and Gold Award, among the most prestigious granted by MSU, honors individuals who have rendered excellent lifetime service or brought national or international distinction to MSU or the state of Montana.
Recipients must have achieved prominence through service to one or more of the following: profession, family, country, world, university, philanthropy or humanity. The 2024 Blue and Gold awardees are:
College Awards
The College Awards recognize MSU alumni or others whose extraordinary service has advanced the university or has made significant, lasting contributions to MSU. The honoree's professional, personal, civic and philanthropic pursuits must reflect the high standards and values associated with MSU and the MSU Alumni Foundation. Honorees are recommended by faculty and staff across campus and selected by the dean or program director of the nominating college.
