Paul, Weiss’s Washington Office Partners With House of Ruth to Support Domestic Violence Survivors

As part of the Paul, Weiss Cares program, the firm's Washington, D.C., office came together to support House of Ruth, an exceptional D.C.-based nonprofit that supports survivors of domestic violence, including providing much-needed housing and educational services to children of House of Ruth program participants. The initiative built on our existing relationship with House of Ruth, in which we provide pro bono legal services to the organization.

In an effort to further our impact, members of the D.C. office conducted a supply drive for Kidspace, House of Ruth's trauma-informed child and family development center. In total, the Washington office donated nearly $2,000 of in-kind supplies to Kidspace, including diapers, wipes, laundry detergent, clothing, art supplies and a remarkable 200+ bottles of bubbles!

This Paul, Weiss Cares initiative was organized by pro bono attorney Tanaz Moghadam.
