The company originally planned to pay cash dividends on October 3, 2024.
If the procedure of financial institution was postponed by typhoon,
the cash dividend distribution date will be postponed.

   will be the same (2024/10/3).
(2)If work was suspended by typhoon 2024/10/2, cash dividend
　 distribution date will be postponed to 2024/10/4.
(3)If work was suspended by typhoon (2024/10/2 and 2024/10/3), cash dividend
　 distribution date will be postponed to 2024/10/7.
